Horrible experience living here. I would not recommend to anyone. Car theft. Mail theft. Unclean property.

I absolutely love living here! We have community meetings typically quarterly where important topics are discussed. The staff feeds us after the meetings and it’s always amazing! We recently had one that was Thanksgiving themed and all of the food was amazing! Samantha makes an amazing banana pudding!!

I always have positive experiences with the maintenance team here. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, they respond promptly, often within 24 hours, which I really appreciate.
The team is professional and polite, and they make an effort to resolve issues quickly. Thanks to Corey M for coming out and fixing my recent maintenance issue I had.

The team at Lumeo has been truly exceptional! From day one, Sam, Jateah, Olivia, and Angela have each gone above and beyond to make me feel at home and help me navigate the community. Their warm, personable approach has made a huge difference. I also want to give a special shoutout to Corey from maintenance. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and always ready to lend a hand. Really liked this property, stopped in to tour. I'm relocating to the university area. I like how close it is to 85. The staff was friendly and welcoming and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Great customer service overall.
