The Bryant Apartments

Nothing but good things to say about the Bryant Apartment. The team of ladies at the Leasing office are the best. Maintenance is fast, responsive, and efficient. The amenities and events are amazing. It's also a really great location and neighborhood.

I recently moved to a larger unit after three years on the property, and it’s been great so far. I’ll be staying at The Bryant for the foreseeable future.

I have nothing but great things to see about the community and staff. It’s rarely needed, but when it is, help is always immediately on the way, alleviating a lot of the hassle of renting. Great complex

Great apartment complex option in the Charlotte area. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful with anything you may need. The complex is kept very clean (to the best of the managements ability). You obviously have some neighbors that don’t keep up with cleanliness, but that’s everywhere. I’ve lived here 3 years and had a pleasant experience. Parking is limited, if you get home later you might not get a spot. Amenities are decently maintained, although you do have to pay $150 amenity fee every... lease. Amazing apartment community located near uptown! The apartment interiors, finishings, and location are pros. The only con I would say is the limited number of parking spots available but still it’s a very good community with ample guest parking!
