This property from the greeting at the beginning of my tour was excellent. The community is big so having a golf cart to shuttle people during tours was my first green flag about this place. The staff have been very helpful, and made the move in process feel safe and comfortable. I love the security riding around at night to ensure cars are looked after, and overall making the community feel safe. Another thing was the office always has staff available for questions and concerns, as well as... making sure to communicate any event in which the office may be closed or package service may be down while still securing your things. The team worked with me even before move in to make sure I had everything I needed, and I would be able to have a seamless move in. It is also conveniently close to almost everything you need, while still being in the cut for privacy of the community. I would like to thank the entire staff from the leasing team to the valet concierge, as well as maintenance and the security personnel.

The community overall has been a good experience. The gym and bathroom area are always clean. There's lots of community events to attend if that's your thing. Staff is prompt and courteous. Rent is just a bit too high.

Elan Prosperity Village is as seen, beautiful and for the most part pretty quiet. I love how modern the units are and the accessibility to spaces that allow me to still “work from home” like the work room in the clubhouse. The gym is clean and the equipment is functional at all times. Maintenance and the leasing office are timely and very kind.
