Run the other way — this place is a disaster.

I’ve had nothing but problems living here, and management clearly doesn’t care.

First, we had a leak from the upstairs unit. Maintenance cut a huge hole in our ceiling right above the bed and didn’t cover anything — paint, plaster, and sawdust ruined our bed frame. Then for a whole month, they came back at random times, unannounced, and kept messing up the patch job. One guy puts on too much plaster, the next sands too far, then they reapply, screw it up again, and repeat the cycle. A job that… should’ve taken a day dragged out for weeks because nobody knew what they were doing.

Then our A/C died during a week of 90° heat. The on-call guy shows up, doesn’t know how to fix it, and hands us a window unit that doesn’t even fit in our window. His response was basically, “Deal with it until Monday.”

And it still doesn’t stop there. Our smoke detectors were low on battery and chirping constantly. We were told maintenance had come by the day before and taken care of it — but we’ve got cameras inside the unit and at the door. No one came. We confronted them with that, and the guy lied straight to our face, saying he’d been there. We had proof he hadn’t.

This is just the tip of the iceberg. I have doorbell cam and interior cam evidence of all of this. I’m at my limit. You pay luxury prices to live here and get bottom-barrel service — careless, unskilled maintenance, and dishonest staff who think they can gaslight tenants.

Avoid this place. Seriously. You’ll regret signing a lease he

Regarding the ceiling repair, our maintenance team followed standard… procedures to address the leak. We apologize for any inconvenience caused during the repair process and are committed to ensuring that future repairs are completed efficiently and with minimal disruption.

Regarding the A/C issue, we understand the discomfort caused by the unit's failure during hot weather. Our on-call technician provided a temporary solution to alleviate the situation until a more permanent fix could be arranged. We apologize for any discomfort this may have caused and are reviewing our procedures to improve response times for such issues.

Regarding the smoke detector concern, our maintenance team conducted a check and replaced batteries as needed. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.

Lack of Security.Poor Management.

The complex is lacking basic security. There have been dozens of car broken into, several stolen and frequent packages taken. The “new” management (Ave 5) is the worse. The are dismissive of concerns and have had nearly two years to fix huge security issues (I won’t name here). Also, if you work from home the internet has frequent outages. Do not stay here. Find a safer place with better management.

Overall we are loving it here! So quiet and peaceful up in our 5th floor unit, we never hear our neighbors, we love the park view and going for walks. Our unit is beautiful, and it’s the perfect amount of space that we needed. Plenty of storage room inside unit! It’s a great location to get to whatever we need.

I cannot believe I almost overlooked this place but I am so glad I ended up touring it last minute. The staff is amazing and they live on site so I can see us even becoming friends. I was in a tough situation and needed to move in quickly, the team made it possible and was extremely kind and accommodating. Really happy with my experience so far! Oh and it helps that the apartments are STUNNING.
