Icon is quiet and one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in. The view from my balcony is the pool and the upkeep on it is awesome. They respond to requests quickly and try their best keep residents up to date.

After a month here im getting much more comfortable. Also, the maintenance team here have fixed any problems very quickly, and professionally. I love the squirrels and birds. I really like it here.

So great! I love the experience. Very smooth when I went in for move in. My neighbors offered help with bringing things in for me at the house. I’m truly thankful and blessed to choose such an amazing neighborhood !

It's not better or worse than most complexes. The only real complaint is the neighbor next to me screaming. Also the neighbor downstairs barbecueing and smoke filling my apartment. It would be nice if the pool was working more often.

There were no issues with the move in process. The pool is clean. The staff was quick to attend to resident requests. And the residents are quiet.
