Lovely Community Legacy Oaks is an all around great community. All the staff are WONDERFUL ! I appreciate that it welcomes people from diverse backgrounds and a range of age groups. It's nice that everyone can live in a comfortable and inclusive environment. There are always plenty of activities going on, and the amenities are top notch!

Garbage collection Unfortunately as of late there has been an issue with garbage. My garbage wasn’t collected the other day . Over the 4 th of July weekend someone dumped an entire trash bag filled with garbage in the handicap parking spot. I was unable to park there for 4 days until it was cleared up . At the pool there should be someone checking for people that live here using legacy’s pool. There are nonresident residents using the facilities and people aren’t cleaning up after themselves.... Morgan is doing an excellent job as manager but there is a need for security in the pool area.
