This place is great My tour was great with max! I love the complex and apartment. Very clean and put together. Unfortunately I had to go with a larger apartment because I babysit often. If that wasn’t the reason I would’ve signed the lease the same day ..

Affordable and convenient My roommate and I have loved our space so far. Being close to NC State’s campus is so convenient for us, and it’s nice to have affordable housing!

Frustrating Move-In: Apartment Was Not Ready I deeply regret ever taking this apartment. My move-in was nothing short of a nightmare. The place was not ready at all — several things were broken, not working, and clearly not inspected before handing it over to me. Instead of feeling excited about a new home, I was left stressed, disappointed, and frustrated from day one.
It is unacceptable to move into an apartment and immediately be faced with problems that should have been fixed long before a... tenant arrived. This shows a serious lack of professionalism and care from management. Moving should feel like a fresh start, but for me, it was filled with regret and anger.
I wish I had never chosen this place, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free and reliable living experience.
