Problem wasn't solved The kitchen stove burner remained warm despite being turned off. I was able to fix it by turning it back on for a while and then turning it off again. There was no option in the portal to cancel the maintence request. I also mentioned that the stove top light (underneath the microwave) did not work, which was not resolved. Maintenance worker also left dirty baking pan behind.

Gorgeous Place!! The self-guided tour was incredibly helpful with its visual and audio descriptions, and it was incredibly easy to navigate. The model apartment is gorgeous. I’m very excited to move in.
