Hot Water Heater I woke up one morning to having no hot water. I put in a maintenance request and by noon, the maintenance tech was knocking on my door. He looked it over and said the water heater had to be completely replaced. By 3:00 pm the plumber was knocking at my door and by 6:00 pm, the water heater was installed and making hot water. This maintenance team is the best. They handle requests fast and work hard to resolve issues they can’t handle themselves. Thank you!

Washer Troiubles My washing machine checked-out last Thursday. Colton on the Mait. Team came next day to fix it, b ut nopt possible. I got a new washer installed two days later, works great...another great job of taking care of tenants at Greens of Tryon!

Fast and Efficient Response I put in a request to check my hvac because the fan would not stop running. The team was here in about 30 minutes to check it but they couldn’t fix it and called the hvac company who was here in about another 30 minutes. The hvac company had the repairs done in about 15 minutes. The fan motor has to be replaced but the run it works fine until the part comes in. I’m grateful for the maintenance team and their caring nature. They did a great job getting here and then... arranging for additional support.
