Would like more info on what was done. I saw that the maintenance request was closed but just wanted more details on what was done to the window to prevent condensation in the future.

I enjoyed the tour. However I wish I was able to see an empty apartment that wasn’t staged for a tour to get a better feel of what it would actually look like because floor plans online and virtual online tour are different.

Hot Water Heater I woke up one morning to having no hot water. I put in a maintenance request and by noon, the maintenance tech was knocking on my door. He looked it over and said the water heater had to be completely replaced. By 3:00 pm the plumber was knocking at my door and by 6:00 pm, the water heater was installed and making hot water. This maintenance team is the best. They handle requests fast and work hard to resolve issues they can’t handle themselves. Thank you!
