Perfectly located between Six Forks and Falls of Neuse Rd allowing short commutes for work or activities. Being located in between such busy roads, the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. To add to the peacefulness of the neighborhood it is right next to the police station so if you ever need them they're within arms reach.

The office ladies are exceptional, especially Ms. Saira and the property manager Ms. Brandy. Everyone has been helpful, warm, and accommodating and made the... application and move in process as seamless as possible.

There's a nice paved walking trail around the pond where you can find most people walking their dogs or enjoying the ducks and geese swimming around. There is a really nice dog park with a doggy play ground and obstacle course as well.

I was initially impressed when I drove into the complex, because the physical property is really cool. It's a beautiful natural environment with tons of flowering trees and birdlife everywhere. The one-bedroom apartment I toured was disappointing, though — dark and depressing, not particularly clean, and not a space I could imagine living in. I won't be considering this property.

I toured along with Damelia a 2nd story apt as I wanted an idea what they looked like... I need a 1st story apt as I am crippled and cannot take steps. I pray this 1st story apt that comes available in March is as pretty, which I'm sure it will be. The grounds are beautiful, and there's allot to do in this village. Right now I am awaiting a call to see what I need to do next as I have applied.
