I just recently toured, and Danielle was amazing. She listened to all of my needs, made helpful suggestions and clearly articulated all the benefits of the property and community. This was probably the best experience I’ve had at any apartment property and I look forward to leasing in the upcoming months.

My boyfriend and I recently moved in and have had a wonderful experience. From our initial tour through signing the lease and picking up the keys, Danielle has been an incredible resource and support, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. She truly went above and beyond and was always kind, welcoming, and responsive. Our unit was spotless at move-in, and the community is well maintained and quiet. I would highly recommend working with Danielle if you’re looking for your next home!

This is a beautiful new community that offers the perfect mix of amenities. Great location and situated near highways and shopping. Nicely laid out grounds and community buildings, especially the gym and main lounge area. The units are spacious, clean and styled well. Everything is right where you'd need it, and the optional garage spaces are a great bonus. Kristen and the leasing team were A+ every step of the way. Highly recommend Alta Oak & Pine!

I’ve had a great experience at Alta Oak and Pine in Londonderry, NH. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the apartments feel modern and thoughtfully designed. The leasing and maintenance teams have been responsive and professional, and any requests have been handled quickly. The location is also super convenient for shopping, highways, and daily errands.
