Overall good experience. There are activities occasionally to bring residents together with snacks and drinks. Also it's a quiet neighborhood. Would recommend.

Just moved in, but everything so far has been straightforward and easy. Community areas are clean, people are nice. Elevators could be better as one is still down, but other than that it’s been good.

Lovely community! Staff are respectful and fast response from leasing team! Barely needed any maintenance but when needed usually only takes less than 24hrs! Package deliver from receptionist can be improved as she usually takes more than 5 mins when bell rings!

Great location, very convenient too Manhattan! Quiet, well-maintained building. Amenities are nice, but could use some upgrades. Overall, a good, but not amazing, place to live
