Howard Garden Apartment
Nice place quiet place to live. Only complaint that I had is not enough parking. You have many people living in a one bedroom that have more than 2 cars and take over the guests parking spots. Other than that it's nice as long as the rent doesn't increase every year.

We appreciate your feedback. As the new property owner we are working to correct parking issues with assigned spaces and parking tags for each unit. Each unit is authorized to have one car. If tenant wants to make additional arrangement with... tenant with no car they may do so. There are 4 visitor spots that must remail open for guests. Regarding rental rates, we are in rate lock for 3 years. Check out our move in specials for even better rates with Rate Lock!
