Conifer Village at Deptford

This is the perfect building if you want the quiet of suburban living yet the availability of city living. It is near to outdoor space, great restaurants, and shopping. The staff is easily reachable, friendly, and extremely helpful. Within walking distance you have access to parks, YMCA, stores, and transit.

I want to start by saying that this is a great place to live and raise your kids . I'm a single mother and i work very hard to try to keep this beautiful apartment. This apartments got built five years ago and i happened to be the first occupant and hopefully the only one if i get to win the rent for life lol! I love that has a dishwasher beacuse my kids love to dirty a lot of dishes and also is a 3 bedroom and 1 and half bathrooms which I love beacuse i have daughters and we be in a battle... royal just to do our hair lol!!! Connifer village also has a weight room also it has a community room and laundry room . I love this place is quiet and the staff is nice and very helpful. I really hope I can win this contest beacuse even doe is a nice place is hard for me to keep up with the bills and even doe is not a house but to me and my kids is our home and we hope to keep it that way.
