WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER

Nothing is luxury in reality, management doesn't care about fixing anything, amenities rarely actually work. Abused dogs and loud cars that wake you at 5:45 AM with apartments that don't even have proper window sealing work or appliances that function for more than a year. This is the worst complex in ABQ.

Save yourself and NEVER MOVE HERE.

Hello Micah! We are sorry to see your additional feedback. We take all concerns very serious and address them all as policy allows us. All of our amenities have been open since construction completion. The only amenity we have had to close for work... is the swimming pool. Since the pool is open year-around, some maintenance days are to be expected but we keep them at a minimum where we can. We don't see that you have had any issues with an appliance, please submit a work order if something is not functional and our maintenance team will get it resolved. We hope your future experience is more positive! -Encanto at Mesa Del Sol

Living at Encanto at MDS has been a lovely, unique ABQ experience. You get the perks of living in ABQ without the big-city chaos. The layout of the apartments are beautifully designed, the finishes are modern and sleek, and the MDS area offers beautiful 360 views. The amenities are amazing as well! A year-round pool and hot tub and a 24/7 gym are a rarity. The sauna and cold plunge truly makes it feel like resort living.

My move into Encanto at Mesa del Sol was smooth and overall positive. The staff was helpful and responsive during the leasing and move-in process, making sure everything was in order before I arrived. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and move-in ready, with a nice layout and quality finishes. The community feels quiet and safe, and I appreciate the scenic surroundings and easy access to outdoor spaces. So far, it’s been a comfortable place to settle into, and I’m looking forward to... exploring more of what Mesa del Sol has to offer.
