Encanto at Mesa del Sol is a suprising oasis of beauty, luxury living with hot tub, spa, pool, workout room, 360 degree vistas and a warm community. The staff is very helpful and hold monthly meetups to meet other residents. It's a short trip to downtown ABQ or meetings, in fact, it is often quicker to get around town than when I lived in Nob Hill as the proximity to I25 makes trips accessible.

Nothing is luxury in reality, management doesn't care about fixing anything, amenities rarely actually work. Abused dogs and loud cars that wake you at 5:45 AM with apartments that don't even have proper window sealing work or appliances that function for more than a year. This is the worst complex in ABQ.
Save yourself and NEVER MOVE HERE.

Hello Micah! We are sorry to see your additional feedback. We take all concerns very serious and address them all as policy allows us. All of our amenities have been open since construction completion. The only amenity we have had to close for work... is the swimming pool. Since the pool is open year-around, some maintenance days are to be expected but we keep them at a minimum where we can. We don't see that you have had any issues with an appliance, please submit a work order if something is not functional and our maintenance team will get it resolved. We hope your future experience is more positive! -Encanto at Mesa Del Sol
