Long-Term Resident Review – 2026
I have been living at Mountain Run Apartments since 2017, and it has been a wonderful place to live. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and the people are very friendly, which truly makes it feel like home. Management and maintenance are generally responsive and helpful, which I appreciate as a long-term resident.
One area that needs improvement is the gym. I have requested upgrades many times, but the equipment is very old, much of it does not work, and... the weights are very limited. The gym would benefit greatly from repairs, replacements, and additional equipment.
In addition, my apartment is quite old and requires regular upkeep. Every year, multiple items need maintenance or replacement in order to continue living comfortably in the same unit. More consistent yearly maintenance and updates would be very helpful for long-term residents.
Overall, I enjoy living here and hope rent can be kept reasonable or lowered in the future.

The ladies in the office were very helpful, fast, and went out of there way to make the process go through getting into my new apartment. I am extremely over joyed with my apartment. Everything is perfect...the location is beautiful, lots of my favorite restaurants are near by, and my apartment is 100% heaven. I love it!
