Long-Term Resident 2026
I’ve been living at Mountain Run Apartments since 2017, and overall it has been a stable and comfortable place to stay. The community is peaceful, well maintained, and the residents are friendly, creating a positive living environment. Management and maintenance are generally responsive when issues arise.
However, some concerns remain. The gym is still outdated, with several machines not working properly and a very limited selection of weights. I’ve raised this issue... multiple times over the years, but there has been little improvement. The gym would benefit from a full upgrade, including repairs, replacements, and additional equipment.
My apartment is also quite old and requires ongoing maintenance to stay in good condition. Certain fixtures and items need regular attention or replacement to remain functional and comfortable.
Overall, I still value living here, but I hope to see improvements in facilities and a reduction in rent for long-term residents.
