Overall, Broadstone Highlands North is a quiet reasonably safe community. While it is a bit expensive, the amenities generally make the cost worth it.

I enjoy living here. Well maintained. Variety of new and smart apartment features. Upscale amenities. Responsive courteous staff. But where pandemic safety is concerned, this is not the right place to live.

Upscale living with clean, inviting amenities. Building situated on elevated plateau. My apartment faces west. Magnificent sunsets, Albuquerque city skyline. Responsive, hard working, friendly and hygienically conscious maintenance staff. Surveillance and security provide feeling of safety. Well kept grounds with tasteful decor inside and out. Reliable services in a community apparently managed by experienced, considerate and helpful leasing office staff. Enjoy living at Broadstone Highlands... North.
