I am so excited to call Markana Latitude home. The community is extremely clean, quiet, and very well managed. The people that live in the community are professional people that are friendly and respectful. Before moving here, I looked at over 10 other properties in the area and Markana Latitude is second to none. I came from another community in Rio Rancho that claimed to be a gated and safe community, and I was horribly disappointed by the management and felt very unsafe at all times. At... Markana Latitude, I have peace of mind. I sleep well, and I feel safe, heard and at home in this community.
