Cleaning around the building, "some times, every time they cut the trees or the wind blows all the divres, I have to ask the office to please clean up, takes for ever to the maintenance guys to do it. makes me feel like I live in the projects.
The swimming pool is not working for almost two months. every time I ask, "we are working on it", really what a joke. the rent is higher and of course we pay on time, we should be getting a discount for not being able to use the amenities, is summer time.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We sincerely apologize for the issues you've been experiencing with the cleanliness around the building and the ongoing pool closure. We understand how frustrating it is to deal with debris left... behind after landscaping or windy days, and we’re actively working with our maintenance team to improve response times and ensure the grounds are better maintained.
Regarding the pool, we completely agree that it's a key amenity—especially in the summer—and we regret the extended downtime. Repairs have taken longer than expected due to unforeseen repairs, but please know we are pushing to get it resolved as quickly as possible.
