Bad Smell- Fire alarms all the time- Crazy rent hike
I wish somebody had told me this before I move in.
If you love the smell of sewer, the sound of very load fire alarm, and 25% rent hike every year, this is the place for you. you get that here all the time.

More False advertising
This apartment building is NOT zoned for EM Baker elementary school. They claim that they are not responsible for other websites and what they say but that is the most ridiculous excuse I've ever heard. It is zoned for JFK elementary.
Like the above poster, we also visited the building during low tide and it was absolutely disgusting. I would be embarrassed to have guests over at the pool looking at sludge. No thanks.

it over looks a sewer department...and the end of manhasset bay which half time is low tide and its a literal mud pit.
