Live 1-hour away from the city while enjoying the beautiful Hudson Valley! Our Cottage has spectacular views and it’s only 2 Min. from West Point, 15 Min. from the train station to Grand Central Station and Woodbury Commons Outlets and Bear Mountain! It's located on a dead end street and is perfectly safe with plenty of parking available in the driveway or in the street. The yard is totally fenced in with a trampoline, playground, firepit and garden!...it's literally an oasis in Highland Falls. The cottage is easily a 5 minute walk from anything in Highland Falls and the front gate of West Point. Fully furnished and all utilities included! All you'll need is your own linens and cleaning supplies. There is one queen bed downstairs and one pullout couch (twin) with full bath, and one twin bed upstairs. There is also access to a laundry room (not shared) with washer and dryer and you'll have your own designated parking spot in the driveway. (there is additional parking space on the road as well).

As a tenant you will also have access (when there are no air bnb guests in the farmhouse) to the pool in the summer, and year round the hottub, grill, screened in porch, fenced in backyard, fire pit with wood, lifetime playground, trampoline and tire swing. Also included is a basketball hoop and a garage like shed next to the driveway where you can store outdoor type things. Once again all of these outside things are potentially shared with air bnb guests in the main house. However that is usually only on the weekends and they rarely use what's in the yard.
