All 4 TVs (one in the living room, 3 of the bedrooms have a TV as well) will be equipped with Roku Guest Mode, meaning you can sign in to all of your own streaming services at check-in, and you'll be automatically logged out of all your accounts on the day of check-out.
One dog per stay is allowed for a nightly fee.

The home is less than an hour's drive from West Point, Historic Beacon Main Street, Mohonk Mountain House, Wildflower Farms, Roosevelt Mansion, Hyde Park, Vanderbilt Mansion, Minnewaska State Park, Culinary Institute of America, Vassar College, and Marist College. All dogs must be house-trained, with no history of indoor accidents. A cleaning fee as high as $250 may be charged for pet-related stains. Dogs must also be well-behaved. If your dog is going to bark and howl when you leave it at the house, do not bring it with you. The guests on the other side of the duplex do not want to have to listen to your dog bark for hours on end, and you will be asked to either not leave the dog alone or leave the property early if your dog continues to bark.
