This location is conveniently located near the train and a great town however this is the only plus about these apartments. There is high crime with constant community emails of break-ins to vechiles and buldings. With stolen property, packages from the mail room, and much more. The staff here acts like they are the customer and could careless about their residents. Do not respond to most forms of communication and only way to contact staff is through their terrible phone application. No... phone calls or emails are accepted!! They treat the landscaping better than the units and residents. If you are on the exterior of the buildings be prepared to hear the train and the fire station, as well as the housing projects blasting music next door. The fees they add on to the base rent is very high and once they send out renewal offers, be prepared for a very big increase. This place is run like a prison . Renters beware. . They charge you enormous rent and act like they are doin you a favor. As well experienced bias attack. They think their prison is paved in diamonds. What a joke

Aside from it's 4 minute walk to LIRR; you essentially do not need a car in this suburbia Urban Complex. The place is immaculate! Every day I smell fresh clean common areas as a staff of cleaning people are on site every day. Additionally, the apartments are "Luxury" just as they state with the brand they stand behind. Spacious, state of the art and a washer and dryer in every unit. The leasing office goes out of there way when you need issues addressed. The maintenance staff responds... within hours of non emergency complaints. I love living here! I feel welcomed and safe as it's secured with many great families and key fob access to all entry ways.
