DO NOT LIVE HERE - BLACK MOLD EVERYWHERE
DO NOT LIVE HERE. I've dealt with horrible maintenance with horrible turn around times when dealing with BLACK MOLD and literally holes in my walls caused by maintenance in the first place. They will also do have a job and then leave for the end of the day, and FORGET TO COME BACK and then I have to request them again JUST to finish the job they forgot about. One time leaving my bathroom wall COMPLETELY exposed and open, where I saw bugs and cobwebs and they told me not to use the ONE AND ONLY... shower I had until they finished. I've had to request maintenance to my unit more times than I can count on two hands, a lot of the time for things they have already addressed but did such a terrible job fixing them, they needed to come again. Black mold, water leaking into my unit from upstairs and the outdoors in my bathroom, bedroom, AND living room, dishwasher breaking every few months, water pressure, shower exploding, BUGS everywhere (spiders, earwigs, silverfish, centipedes, millipedes, carpenter bees, wasps, and MORE getting in the terrible construction of these buildings). Maintenance also does not tell you when they are coming, NOR DO THEY KNOCK. They also have "random unit checks" where they insist you do not need to be home for and also have no explanation as to WHY they do these checks. I have had jewelry go missing and unfortunately I was out of my unit when it could have possibly happened, so I have no way to prove someone from the staff took it, but I can only assume because of how shady everything they do is. They do not tell you when they are coming, but let you know THEY MAY COME SO "PLEASE HAVE ANIMALS SECURED", so you'll have your animals locked in a room or crate ALL DAY waiting just in case they decide to show up, especially if you work a day time job. I've dealt with snarky and rude comments from the staff, extensive fees to do ANYTHING. If you want to move a unit because yours has BLACK MOLD in it, it will cost $500 as a convenience fee to move units, PLUS a new deposit, PLUS paying for ANY repair outside of your original down payment, FORCING YOU to stay in your absolutely disgusting apartment that they don't care if you live or die in. They raised rent this year with no additional amenities. They actually went NEGATIVE on amenities because they closed the pool down and are too greedy and lazy to fix the issues with it, AND raised the price to do laundry.

This place sucks, DONT STAY HERE
They are passive and will not answer your phone calls, but will text you or do nothing to address your concern/issue. We lived there for two years, but they never opened the pool. Despite this, we were still required to pay the full amount of rent. The charge for doing laundry was increased, but tenants were not notified of this increase by management. The sewage backed up and we had to clean it in our bathrooms. It was required of the tenants to call the health department before the ground... floor was cleaned to enter our apartment. They are very expensive for what the have to offer and I was very disappointed in many outcomes during my stay. I DO NOT recommend living here!

Great Staff; Great Responses!
I have lived here for a little over 7 months. I can't express how great of a response the leasing office/maintenance departments have been to my needs as well as responding to emergent issues. They are considerate by notifying you ASAP via text/e-mail of any issues. The leasing office responds to my questions/requests so promptly! Also, they are kind enough to explain what they are repairing/time duration/ etc. My father is recently a retired maintenance man and always said "there are really... good ones and really lazy ones in this field." They have really good ones here!

Negligence
Management has always been iffy but never bothered me enough to write a review - I am only writing this in hopes that any pet owner will NOT consider this complex.
I live on the ground floor, and with that there are inherent risks (such as in this case - flooding). I accepted that and of course have renters insurance for such unfortunate events. What cannot be excused is the way in which the flooding (which occurred late 1/1/20 but was not even acknowledged by maintenance until 10 AM 1/2... after the fire department had been called) was handled. I received a text saying the water may be out for some time and feel free to use their clubhouse bathroom. Great, I'm not concerned because I'm at a friends house - no need to rush home if I've got no water right? I arrive at 8:30 PM on 1/2 to find my apartment full of fans sopping wet floors, and evidence of 3" of flooding. One of my cats is missing, and thousands of dollars in personal property damage (including irreplaceable pictures) that could've been avoided if they had the courtesy to call the residents of the units affected. My cat is now gone forever - things can be replaced, but if you own and love your pets, avoid this place at all costs. I might add this isn't the first time they've let one out after entering my unit without notice - luckily I came home shortly after and she was still hanging around the building, scared.
