Living at Pointe of Polaris has been a genuinely positive experience, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize the incredible team that keeps this community running so well.

The maintenance team deserves a huge amount of praise. They are professional, responsive, and truly caring. Whenever something needs attention, they address it quickly and always treat residents with kindness and respect. It's reassuring to know that there is a team that genuinely wants to help and takes pride in their... work.

The leasing office staff has also been wonderful. They are friendly, approachable, and always willing to assist residents however they can. You can tell they sincerely want people to enjoy living here and will go the extra mile to help resolve issues and answer questions.

Another thing that stands out is how well the amenities are maintained. The fitness equipment and community facilities are consistently in working order and never seem neglected. Even the pet stations are always clean, stocked, and ready to use, which is something pet owners definitely appreciate.

The entire property is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The groundskeeping team works hard, and it shows. The landscaping is beautiful, common areas are kept tidy, and there is a noticeable sense of pride throughout the community. It's clear that everyone on staff is diligent and committed to providing residents with a comfortable and welcoming environment.

In today's world, it's easy to point out negatives, but it's just as important to recognize communities that are doing things right. Pointe of Polaris has a team that genuinely cares, and their dedication does not go unnoticed.

A big thank you to everyone at Pointe of Polaris; from the leasing office and maintenance staff to the groundskeeping team; for all that you do. This has been one of the best apartment communities I’ve rented in so far. The management staff does a great job keeping the property clean and creating a welcoming living environment. I’ve had a positive experience here and appreciate the effort they put into maintaining the community.

Lots of issues in this apartment.
There's about 50+ vacant units and it's ghost town here.
They charge residents for petty stuff and when you move out, they will retaliate with hidden fees.
They've also started erasing tons of bad
google reviews the past 4 months.
And they're not currently accepting any reviews.
To say this place is horrible from broken amenities, not functional appliances and paper thin rooms with lazy maintenance that never gets anything fix is just being too nice.

Luxury living…really? So very disappointed in the condition of our building.
Interior: There are two elevators, but only one has been working over the last year months. The garbage rooms have been overflowing when the compactors stop functioning or the trash chute doors don’t close. The smell is unbearable!
Parking garage: The “security” has been seen sleeping on the job and profiling the guests. No wonder we have had multiple cars broken into. The doors between the interior and the parking... garage are not calibrated so they slam shut on most floor and the noise is deafening here that sound all day and night. The garbage in the trash bins in the parking garage is not emptied often enough and the concrete around the bins is sticky and stained. Gym: There are rarely clean towels available. Lobby: The coffee machine is frequently not working and the trash is overflowing there too. Cleanliness: The overall cleanliness is lacking. Carpets need swept and floors mopped in the common areas more than once a month.
It is advertised that there is an apartment available for out-of-town guests: That is a lie.
Overall promises are not kept: We looked at a model unit and the appliances that were in the model are not the same as in my actual unit. Read More
