Location, amenities, and security are all here at the Oaks. The team who took care of exteriors during the snow storm were outstanding and hard-working. There needs to be improvements in sound insulation - especially important if you work shifts and sleep at odd times. The water pressure is not great, sadly, so it takes longer to thoroughly rinse off. The leasing staff are dedicated professionals and most will go above and beyond to make sure your questions are answered and you are taken care of... .

Living at Residences at Oak has been nothing short of a phenomenal experience. I’ve made friends with people in the community, the staff is kind, friendly, and prompt, and the amenities are next level. The area is fun and convenient, and I can go for a walk in my backyard, visit all the restaurants and shops or just hang out on the green. I would highly recommend Residences at OAK!

Moving to the Oak is one of the best decisions I have ever made with regard to where to live. The layout, appliances in amenities of the apartments are superb. More importantly to me, it is secure, management is professional and responsive, and maintenance is proactive. I also require a place that is pet friendly and has EV chargers. Want to be more luxurious than valet trash!
