Hidden Fees and Upcharges

Greystar specializes in hidden fees and predatory practices. Don't trust what they say and don't let the location fool you, they will make every effort to drain your account at every opportunity with hidden costs and upcharges.

Great amenities. Apartments are clean and well-maintained. Love the location and management seems approachable. If you are sensitive to noise, I would be wary because depending on what building and unit you have, the noise from the Jones Assembly may make it hard for you to sleep/focus. I am normally not sensitive to noise but a special event can easily cause my apartment to shake which is different than the occasional voices and music I was expecting. Most of the time, the noise is managable... though.
