If you get to work with Kiara during your application, she is really awesome! As the first point of contact, she is so welcoming and a great help during a generally stressful process. Also, the complex is nice and quiet at night, which is a plus!

Apartment looked good when I did a tour but after living at tinker on fourty8 for a month there have been nonstop issues with the apartment. I have had leaking windows, leaking sinks, sinks with no pressure, door leaks, broken appliances(oven and dishwasher) and have had a huge roach problem ever since moving in.
