Apartment looked good when I did a tour but after living at tinker on fourty8 for a month there have been nonstop issues with the apartment. I have had leaking windows, leaking sinks, sinks with no pressure, door leaks, broken appliances(oven and dishwasher) and have had a huge roach problem ever since moving in.
