It's been, by far, my favorite place to live. The 2 times in 2 years that something has been wrong in my apartment, it got fixed immediately. There isn't a lot of noise or disruption, and I feel safe living alone.

Woodland trails is a safe, secure and good quality complex. The management team and maintenance team are very proactive. I've been with "the trails" a total of 17 years. They are friendly, courteous, kind and attentive to the resident. Recent management of the complex has made many improvements over 17 years. It is a good quality complex managed by quality personnel. Im glad to be here

I love living at Woodland Trails! I’ve been here for about 6 months and it’s been great! Maintenance requests are resolved within 48 hours and the office likes to host community events that are greatly appreciated!

When I looked for an apartment the first think I looked at was maintenance reviews. Their ratings far exceeded every other apartment complex. And the apartment itself is very cozy and nice. I know people see and read things differently, but for me it was WOODLAND TRAILS. As I have had 2 minor repairs done in a very timely manner- same day or next day!
