The process of signing a lease at Riverwalk was SO easy.we were able to get a tour same day and literally applied the same night when we got home. The location is great, the community amenities are wonderful, and the office is super friendly and communicative. Any maintenance issues were resolved within 2-3 days. Apartment is pet and kid friendly and the noises are pretty minimal (mostly doors opening and closing). This is the first apartment that has really felt like a home.

It’s supposed to be a smoke free community yet people in the parking lot smoke right under our balconies as well as the hallways and stairwells reek of weed. They’re are several dogs here that are against the apartment policy so their owners only let them out at night and that’s animal abuse. They say parking is monitored and those not in correct spots will be towed. People park wherever they want even if they aren’t paying for parking and if you say something the apartment manager will get mad... at you for being “nosey”. If you have any issues at all they won’t do anything for you and it’ll still be loud and obnoxious. We will never ever rent somewhere that greystar owns

Riverwalk is a smoke-free community, and we rely heavily on residents’ cooperation and timely reporting of violations so that we can enforce that policy effectively. If you ever encounter smoking in prohibited areas, we encourage you to report it directly to the office so we can follow up accordingly.
Regarding the concerns about unauthorized pets and parking enforcement—both are subject to specific policies, and violations are addressed as they are verified. If there’s ever a concern about animal welfare or misuse of parking spaces, we ask that you contact the office directly so we can investigate and take appropriate steps within the bounds of our lease and community guidelines.
We’re also sorry to hear that your interactions with our team were less than satisfactory. Our goal is to provide respectful and solution-focused support to all residents.
