Almost tenants and already LOVE

My husband and I pick up our keys tomorrow and the past week I have been talking with the manager Janell and she is WONDERFUL. She is so easy to talk to and so sweet, you can’t not feel happier after dealing with her. She has been a huge help for us. Can’t wait to move in to that community. Sherwood is great and all the reviews I’ve read about Cannery Row are awesome. Thanks Janell!

Bad pet policy

The new pet waste policy at Cannery Row allows dogs owners to let their dogs pee and poop anywhere, like in the landscaping right under my first floor windows. So inconsiderate! Many residents are letting their dogs pee and ?? on the lawn in the picnic area, which is disgusting. It’s making those community areas unusable. Such a shame. I’ve been living here for three years, but don’t want to stay any more.

Thanks for your input.We appreciate your opinion. We did treat our picnicing areas and order new pet signs. We also notified the residents who were violating our pet policy. Cannery Row has improved leaps and bounds with cleaning up after our furry… friends in the last year. We now have a grounds keeper who often times comes out on the weekends even. Our grounds look much better and we receive positive feed back all the time. I want to reassure you we are on it. Thanks again for voicing your concerns. We appreciate you. We do the very best to make sure living at Cannery Row is a positive experience for everyone.

Gem

I have lived here a couple of months, but I can say that Janell, the manager, has been attentive, fair, friendly and present. Any questions or problems I have had she has dealt with quickly and professionally. Adam, the maintenance man, has been very friendly and always helpful. These are qualities that one does not often find in an apartment complex.

The building is quiet, residents are respectful and friendly. Lots of dogs, but all are happy dogs and owners manage them well. It's a very… comfortable community and the location is fabulous. Walk a block or two and the library is there. Nice coffee shops, bakeries. Other stores within walking distance, too.

Great place to live!

We have lived at cannery row for 3 years and LOVE IT. Great community, great location and great apartments. Secure building is a bonus. Love that it is pet friendly and the staff are so great to work with and attentive.
