Terrible Experience at Plymouth Lofts

Rude management team. When there is an issue they do not provide a proper and timely solution. Trash issue is constant at the entrance. We lost heat in a major snow storm and they did not make sure we had safe and proper space heater in our unit. I have a daughter and pets. No one made sure we were taken care of or provided with another place to stay in 26 degree weather. Walls are thin and you can hear everything in the hallways inside your unit. Mostly, their group is rude and unresponsive... when you actually need help. We had a major flood when we moved in and no way to contact someone to help. Their emergency line is not monitored or answered. As nice as the apartments look it is not worth the hassle. Keep looking.
