Studio

The studio is great along with the price/location. In the center of Downtown Philadelphia and easy to get around. The landlord on the other hand is a piece of work. Never had a problem getting things fixed in the apartment, but there were multiple code violations along with fire alarms due to lack of upgrading amenities that are used by tenants all the time. Very lazy and apparently doesn't have his renter's license updated in the past 6 years. Living alone, I felt very safe in the building and... never had a problem with anyone.
