Stayed here for 3 years. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Great building and location for grad students. Super close walking, great food options, and easy transportation all nearby. The management made my experience fantastic. Central AC full sized washer dryer it was great! Highly recommend.

Moving to this building was an easy a decision when I moved into Philadelphia for a new job. Everything I need is in walking distance with Drexel and UPenn just a few blocks away. The value is absolutely there considering the great room layouts and most importantly, the building is kept clean and is filled with respectful tenants so it's almost as if you have the building to yourself. I would recommend this to everyone and plan on resigning if I stay in PA.

I have been living here for a few months and love it! The building is very nice with all updated appliances and renovations. There is a ton of natural light in the apartment and the style and layout is great. I walk to Penn's campus everyday which is very convenient but having the subway a less than 10 min. walk away, a bus/trolley stop right across the street, and Penn rides that picks up and drops off students in this area (UPENN students only) there are so many ways to get around! The... neighborhood is relatively quiet and I feel pretty safe especially with the police station right behind our building. Management is very responsive with any issues and great at communicating. I have been living here for a few months and it has been great. Everything inside is brand new as it has been recently renovated. Washer and dryer in unit is a huge plus. The closets in the bedrooms and in the common spaces are massive so you get extra storage. My room here in the city is slightly smaller than I’m used to in the suburbs but i still fit a queen bed, desk, and dresser comfortably! The study room is huge and not busy so you can get work done in silence if you need. Penn dental is a... straight 12 minute walk from the apartment which is the start of locust walk that takes you through Penn’s campus. It is a 7 minute walk to the septa station. It is also a 10-15 minute walk to Drexel’s recreation center which is near the law school and library. There is also a bus stop right across the street from the apartment. If you choose to have a car, there is free parking around the apartment and I’ve never had an issue finding a spot. The rooftop is so nice and has an amazing view and is much bigger than it seems!
