Not worth price
Fire alarms go off at least three times a month if not more. Cockroach infested! Not joking, no matter how many traps, cockroaches everywhere. Neighbors that constantly steal packages and yet they claim there is nothing they can do about it. Maintenance can take weeks to come and fix something, after sending in multiple request. Not worth the price of living here.

Clean, Convenient, and Reasonable
I lived here from 2017 to 2022 while attending undergrad at Penn. It fit my needs: walkable, inexpensive, clean, and quiet. I have no complaints - management was decent and responsive. I'd live here again if the location made sense for me.

New Horizons Verona
New Horizons owns a handful of properties in the West Philadelphia area, catering to students and locals. The group is easy to deal with, you can submit rent and maintenance requests online without a fee. The office personnel are easy-going.
The rent is surprisingly affordable for a decent amount of space for a one-bedroom. Apartment is furnished with good appliances and carpeting. The building is old-school with a cage elevator and laundry room in the basement. There's also a security guard... manning the front of the building at night. Garbage recepticals are only available outside the building, and it parking isn't free. Overall a good quality value for location and amenities. Not luxury by any means, but worth the price.

its clean , quite , and serviceable .
this apartment building is a landmark . it pretty old and looks very nice from the outside with the bricks . it did some problems before like fire alarm would go off constantly but their isn't a fire . they are working on it . they have cleaners and maintenance are quick to respond and help . at night they have security guards which makes it a lot safer at night . overall its a good place to stay at . its close to everything and just train away from center city .
