So Many Great ThinSgs

Great maintenance at any time, and the complex is well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff, I like my neighbors, too. Weeknights are very quiet and there's plenty of neighbors who are friendly. My apartment is a nice size and I feel like I have a lot of privacy. Overall, the best reasonably priced apartment I've ever lived in.

Unassuming Little Gem

The units are well-maintained. Everything works. Staff is very responsive to any issues that arise, even on weekends. You don't have to twist anyone's arm to get things done.
Plenty of parking (in part because not everyone drives). Landscaping is performed regularly. Snow removal in winter is prompt.
Complex itself is relatively quiet. The only real noise comes from cars and pedestrians passing by. Neighbors are friendly, but not up in your business. I like living here.
