Easily the BEST apartment building in West Chester
I've lived in this building since September of 2014 and was one of the first residents to move-in. The building has the best location of any of the apartment buildings in the Boro. It's quiet, clean and the residents are friendly. I haven't had any noise or complaints to date. The building manager and maintenance staff are always available and are quick to respond to any problems. I HIGHLY recommend The Chestnut Street Lofts!
