There are two steps up to the bathroom, where you will find a large shower and a brand new vanity with a Bluetooth speaker in the ceiling and a stackable W/D. There is a large private backyard with grass and mature trees, a hammock, and outdoor furniture on the back patio (shared with the owner). There is a small deck with rocking chairs by your private entrance.
The heating comes from a heated, electric fireplace, movable heaters, and a very quiet A/C unit in the wall.
