this property is roach & spider infested! Filter in A/C has never been changed in 3 yrs. I would never recommend this property.

I never had bed bugs until I moved into this apartment, the place was riddled with oth them and I didn’t pick up on it from a walk through, the restrooms had a major mold issue due to the previous tenant not using the fan, but they assured me that it would be safe to move into the rolling week. When I moved in I had bed bug bites all over my arms and my back I told the landlord and they blamed it on ME!! I had to get a letter from my previous apartment complex to prove that they did not come... from me, i asked for my deposit back and they refused. They additionally had a roach infestation from the previous tenant that i did not know about until I moved in. It was awful there were dead roaches in all of the cupboards and cabinets and even LIVE roaches in the stove, where the numbers show on the display, I have a video of them crawling around when I mentioned that to them they did a bug bomb and it still resolved nothing!! I had to threaten to sue to get out of my lease and they still didn’t give me my 600$ deposit back!
