Almadura Apartments

I really enjoy living here everything is minutes away from Medical Center, Zoo, Downtown attractions, Overton Square entertainment and the apartments are very spacious with huge closets and really nice management

I lived here for a year and honestly one of the worst places I've ever lived. Management changes every year, so they don't hold themselves accountable for the previous owners and lease terms. The bathroom vents are a joke. I lived on the top floor so my bathroom constantly smelled like cigarettes from people smoking on the roof. My roommates lived on the third floor before we got our apartment and they had mold and the ceiling falling down on them in the bathroom. They use a trash-carry out for... the building and it causes a massive amount of roaches, I'm talking like 10 of various sizes in three days. You can also feel a breeze even with the windows closed.
