Clearbrook Village - Newly Renovated

Don’t move here! The leasing office is very rude! The bugs are horrible! My apartment flooded twice in a 10month period! The office didn’t care! They didn’t pull the carpet but only the padding underneath! It’s just so bad

The setup of the apartments are great, but on the another note the management, and maintenance team is awful, but it's two good maintenance guys! They are really quick to evict you, but not so quick when it comes to fixing things.. It's random shootings during the night! Your car part will be stolen off your car at random. It's also a big communication issue at the office. Everything is my personal opinion starts with the MANAGEMENT TEAM! There are also some nasty residence, it's always trash/... glass is always everywhere! Since I've been here they have switch management twice, and it still hasn't gotten any better! The Corporate needs to come take over there property. Some of the apartments come with the washer and dryer which is cool but it's set up like a hotel room with a connecting door. They won't tell you they turn the water off every Thursday for water leaks, which is been going on for a year. You should be able to use the service your paying for period! In conclusion Edens at Waters Edge needs to run a tighter ship! Don't move here! They don't even respond to complaints from the Better Business Bureau which is a Red Flag!!!! Read More
