Gayoso House

From the moment I first called. My questions were answered. I didn't feel rushed or embarrassed. Rebecca took very good care of me making my experience great. I immediately filled out the application and the response time was very impressive. I was able to move in the next week. My apartment was clean and ready for me. I was given gifts and a tour. Im so happy to be apart of this community.

It has been a great experience. The staff is super helpful and patient. During my move-in, my parking badge did not work, and they have been working on it every day. They gave me access to another parking space while we work to solve the issue. The gym is great; you can get a full workout in. The social events are amazing; we recently had free ice cream super delicious (shout out to Margie's 901).

I am so grateful to be a resident of 50 Peabody Place. The application process is quick and easy. My tour with Jerica was amazing: the units are beautiful and clean. There is so much to do downtown, and I feel so safe with the 24/7 security in place. I would definitely recommend stopping by and seeing for yourself what a hidden gem this place truly is.

Everything has been good. The location is perfect, the staff is amazing. It’s walking distance to just about everything you need. The staff is very accommodating and the added amenities makes it that much more enjoyable. The space compared to other apartments is unmatched! If I could recommend this to 1000 people I would. The secure location makes everything better specially when you’re relocating from one state to another.
