Poor Management
The rent is raised for certain residents and not for others. My hallway wreaked of marijuana everyday. One tenant was kicked out for drug use while others were allowed to stay. It depends on "who you know." There were several incidents of theft that took place. One of the employees stole from tenants for years. The AC and heat are controlled by the management. There are four months of the year that are unbearably hot. I would never let an elderly family member live here.

Starting Again in my 60's
This is the best place I could possibly be right now . It has a beautiful lobby, everyone you meet couldn't be nicer. The apartment is very quiet and peaceful and has a great balcony. My husband passed away recently and I feel perfectly safe & secure. They've been very kind.
