Unprofessional and Anti-consumer
I toured this building and initially loved it. I applied and provided all requested documentation, which fully met the income verification criteria outlined in the building’s own materials. Unfortunately, the third-party screening service they use required slightly different documentation and imposed a strict 48-hour deadline to submit it.
When I reached out to request a brief extension to resolve this discrepancy, I was met with an unusual and unnecessary level of hostility. Based on that... interaction, I chose to cancel my application.
The property manager later informed me that my $300 administrative fee refund would be issued only via paper check and could take 2–4 weeks to arrive. This process feels needlessly outdated and anti-consumer.
I strongly caution anyone considering leasing here. If the application process is handled with this little care and professionalism, it raises serious concerns about how resident issues would be managed after signing a lease.

Regarding the administrative fee refund, this is processed in accordance with company policy and issued by check through our corporate accounting system, which can take several weeks to complete. We understand this may feel inconvenient and appreciate your patience.
