Everything about Soundwater WAS perfect. A gorgeous, peaceful, safe community with fantastic staff and amazing amenities. Now, AirBnbs have unfortunately ruined what made this place so special. It is no longer safe, completely unlivable during the weekends due to Airbnb parties, full of random people and cleaners with no respect for the residents, no parking because it is all taken by Airbnb clients, trash left all around, and security doors left open constantly. This may have to do with the... Airbnbs being cheaper than the actual rent! And that’s not including no credit check, free cleaners, and $60 a night for a 2 bedroom apt that is listed for 8 people! Honestly devastated, I loved this place but there’s no chance at me renewing unless the Airbnbs are gone.
