Lead Up to Move-In: Entire process leading up to lease start date - Minimal guidance and instructions. Answers were most often obtained via us calling or emailing nonstop to get clarity and basic information. Often times the information we received was later found to be incorrect or we were given different answers by different staff members. Because of this, we had to keep calling and emailing for further clarification - sometimes without any responses received at all.
Move-in Day: We had a... 10am scheduled appointment and confirmed twice the day before over the phone. Tours were scheduled over our scheduled appointment to pick up our keys, which we found unacceptable, as we had to work that day. We did not meet with anyone on staff until 11am. Upon trying to enter our new apartment, we discovered one of our keys and one of our fobs was the wrong key and fob for our doors after the 90 min process on move-in day, so we had to go back and get a new key and fob again after the 90 min debacle.

We were assured that the trash shoot was inoperable for the foreseeable future, so bugs would not be an issue. However, upon moving our things over on April 4th, we noticed there was equipment on our floor due to flooding - which we were never informed of when we brought up a serious concern about bugs and asking if we needed to look at a different apartment due to the trash causing bugs. We felt extremely purposefully mislead in that situation considering the di
