Cortland at Addison Circle has made some changes in the office and the maintenance team is over worked by having 2 properties to take care of. They take care of the inside of the apartments but the commons areas are the pits. Office staff, although professional and courteous are only on-sit 3 days and are too busy to deal with us. Twice, I left the office because there was a line and 30 minute waits or more are too much.

A wonderful place to call home

This complex has everything I was looking for! Spacious units, great amenities, and welcoming community. Maintenance is fast and efficient too.
