So many miscommunications from the office staff who appear to be very nonchalant and don’t seem to care about customer service. The unit is in disrepair, it doesn’t look like the maintenance team cares for what they are charging. I’m going to pray things get better….

Poor Management
Would not recommend moving here. When I moved into the apartment, it was very dirty. I had to spend 2 hours cleaning it before I moved my things in. I had multiple work orders that never got done, or it took 3 months to be acknowledged. When I moved out, I left the unit better than it was when I came in, but then I got a bill that they were charging me for things that were already like that when I moved in. To avoid these, I wanted to walk the unit when I left with someone, but it was the... manager's off day, and I guess nobody else could walk the unit. So I got a bill. I tried calling to discuss the charges, and it took a week for him to get in contact with me. Then said he would review them and get back to me, but he never did. So I would not recommend this place, or just make sure you keep pictures of your unit when you first move in, and have the manager walk with you to avoid these issues. Otherwise, you will be like me, having to pay for things that should've been done before I moved in.

this property is very poor
Make sure when you’re moving out the apartment you have to remodel it and it might cost you a couple thousands dollars, that’s what actually happened to me, no maintenance, the second day i moved in I sent emails and did request through the app , call the office, went to the office No one showed up for maintenance for the whole year

Dirty, poorly managed
Giant unfilled potholes. Security gates never working. Dirty stairways. Muddy, no grass sidewalk, parking areas. Trash around buildings.

Terrible customer service
I’ve been a resident here for a couple of years now and it really seems the longer I’ve stayed the more bs they try to get past you. They take a lifetime to process a maintenance request. Seriously. I’ve waited over a month for a lightbulb to be changed. One whole side of my kitchens electrical wiring does not work. Most of the staff is rude when you call and ask for an update. Wouldn’t recommend. Can’t wait until my lease is up!
