Harmony Apartments in Arlington, Texas. Since moving in, I have been impressed by the cleanliness and neatness of the community and the variety of activities offered. I must particularly mention Joanne, the office manager of the apartments. Joanne was my locator and was absolutely amazing, exhibiting exceptional customer service. The parking at Harmony Apartments is very poorly marked. A whole section of the lot has no signage or labels showing what is for visitors or residents. Only three visitor spots are marked, and one is so faded you can barely see it. Because of how unclear everything is, my car was towed at night even though I followed the instructions on the QR code sign and registered my vehicle.

When I tried to get answers, the apartment and tow company gave two different explanations about who authorized the... tow. Even the resident I was visiting didn’t know the area was considered “resident parking,” because nothing there is marked.

Use as a last resort, management demands payment on time, rats, roaches and no hot water for month in phase 1. Bad management and staff.

Everything from the foundation, all the buildings and everyone in the leasing office. HORRIBLE , look somewhere else!!!
