Splash Kingdom Water Park, Worlds largest First Monday Trades Day,... Restaurants, and much more are right down the road! Our homes homes have covered parking, spacious yards, ceiling fans, plank flooring, w/d connections, all kitchen appliances and some homes are located around the lake where all you have to do is step out your back door and fish!We have a paddle boat for a little extra fun and relaxation.. The service road to interstate 20 is 1/8 of a mile from our entrance!

Best rental property I've found thus far.
I've always been a renter so finding a place that is of good quality with proper management and maintence has always been a issue. With Canton Lakeside Village we have a great manager and maintence who are always willing to help as well as a nice community and its in a wonderful location. I love the fishing pond and all the wildlife here. I've been here close to two years and absolutely love it
